Once cured, Flex Seal liquid forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non slip barrier that's resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UV degradation, extreme temperatures and natural weathering. Brush or roll Flex Seal liquid using an even sweeping motion.

Flex Seal liquid is a patent pending, proprietary formulation that starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a super strong, Flexible, watertight rubberized coating.
