If the customers shipping information is incorrect, or if the customer does not set-up this appointment, the carrier will return the item to the sender, as DuMost will not pay for storage fees that the carrier will impose after typically 3-7 days. In these cases, the customer will be liable for original shipping, return shipping, and a restock fee. DuMost will not reship the item, and the customer will be charged for these 3 things. If there are funds available after these charges, they will be refunded to the customer.
